Scott Dickman

Scott Dickman is the EVP, Phoenix Market President & Director of Retail Banking at Horizon Community Bank. Scott has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, starting their career at First Tennessee Bank in January 2002. In October 2008, they joined Arizona Bank & Trust as SVP, National Sales Manager. Scott then moved to Comerica Bank in July 2012, where they served as SVP Commercial Banking until February 2014. Dickman then joined Opus Bank as Senior Managing Director, Commercial Banking in February 2014, before moving to their current role at Horizon Community Bank in February 2015.

They work with Madison Brumett - AVP, Market Manager, Judi Moran - VP & Commercial Loan Officer, and Tami Fager - VP, Commercial Banker. Scott Dickman reports to Ralph Tapscott, President & CEO.
