Steve Fajardo is the SVP, Commercial & Government Guaranteed Lender at Horizon Community Bank. Steve has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry and has held various positions during their career.

Steve started their career in 1995 as a teller at Commerce Bank & Trust. Steve quickly rose through the ranks and became a vice president at First Citizens Bank in 2015. In 2016, they joined CoreFirst Bank & Trust as a senior vice president. During their time at CoreFirst, Steve helped the bank expand its reach into new markets and grow its business banking division.

In 2020, Steve joined Horizon Community Bank as the SVP, Commercial & Government Guaranteed Lender. In this role, they are responsible for leading the bank's commercial lending team and expanding its government guaranteed lending program.
