Mike Hourigan

As the founder and owner of Horizon Controls Group, Mike’s active expertise spans a broad spectrum of services in the digital process automation arena, including front end studies, capital cost estimating, project management, digital transformation consulting and automation training. Mike’s entrepreneurial spirit combined with his desire to deliver a difference to our clients and our team members motivated him to establish Horizon Controls Group. In 2017 Mike established the International Academy of Automation Engineering® and also acts as a board member for a technology organization and non-profits. When not working, Mike enjoys travel and being a spectator of all sports with a particular interest in soccer and rugby.
