Brian Hansen

Brian Hansen is a seasoned network engineer with significant experience in various aspects of IT infrastructure management. Currently employed as a Network Engineer at Horizon Credit Union since July 2022, Brian previously held the position of Network Engineer II at CHAS Health, where responsibilities included managing a Cisco VoIP environment and redesigning call flows to enhance call center efficiency. Prior to that, Brian served as a Network Support Specialist at Pend Oreille County PUD, overseeing the IT Ethernet and Cisco Phone networks, along with Unix/Linux servers and virtualized environments. Brian's earlier roles included NOC Supervisor and System Administrator at NoaNet, where responsibilities encompassed IT infrastructure maintenance, as well as Tier 2 Helpdesk support at MCI/Worldcomm, providing technical assistance for various hardware.
