Carl Summers

Carl Summers is an experienced IT security professional with a robust background in data and system security management. Currently serving as the IT Security Manager at Horizon Discovery since July 2019, Carl previously held the position of Security & Compliance Manager at Shared Services Connected Ltd and was responsible for data security management at CITB from December 2008 to May 2019. In addition to a strong focus on information security, data protection, and records management, Carl has held various roles including IS Technical Services Manager, Infrastructure Engineer, and Infrastructure Support Analyst, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of technical service management and infrastructure support. Educational credentials include an HND in computer studies from Lanchester Polytechnic and 'A' levels in Computer Science.
