Jayesh Pankhania

Jayesh Pankhania is a experienced financial executive who currently serves as the CFO of Horizon Discovery. Jayesh has over 20 years of experience in finance and has held various leadership positions in both public and privately held companies.

Jayesh began their career as an auditor with KPMG, where they worked for several years before moving into the corporate world. Jayesh spent several years as the CFO of Asia Resource Minerals plc, a publicly traded mining company, before moving to Nisaba Limited, where they served as Director and interim financial advisor.

In 2015, Jayesh became the CFO of HOC, a privately owned construction company in a turnaround situation. Jayesh was successful in stabilizing the company's finances and helping it return to profitability. Jayesh then joined Horizon Discovery Group plc as Group CFO in April 2018.

During their time at Horizon Discovery, Jayesh has been responsible for leading the Group Finance function, overseeing all financial planning and analysis, tax planning, treasury management, and investor relations. Jayesh has also been instrumental in guiding the company through a period of significant growth, including the successful acquisition of several companies.

Under Jayesh's leadership, Horizon Discovery has achieved Premium Listing on the London Stock Exchange and has been named one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" by The Sunday Times for three consecutive years.

Jayesh Pankhania has a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School, a Chartered Accountant from ICAEW, and a BsC in Accountancy from the University of East Anglia. Jayesh also attended Cranford Community School and Hounslow College.
