And we do so across five core businesses of EV Charging, Heat, Solar PV & Battery Storage, Micro Grids, and Strategic Investments and Acquisitions. Our sister company, Horizon Energy Infrastructure, is a central player in the UK smart meter rollout, with nearly 15 years of experience working in the energy sector. Currently working with over 70 energy companies. We are a portfolio company of Arcus Infrastructure Partners, a leading independent fund manager which has built multiple funds deploying €21bn capital via acquisition and organic growth. Meaning HEV is backed by a very experienced shareholder with a strong track record in completing mergers and acquisition (M&A) transactions. This gives us the balance of specialism and scale to support businesses to rapidly evolve and grow.
