Alexander Zaslavsky

Alexander Zaslavsky is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Horizon Engage, a research and consulting firm specializing in the political and commercial environment for foreign direct investors in emerging market states. Prior to founding Horizon Engage, Alexander worked as the Head of Research at Eurasia Group. Alexander holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Oxford, following a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the same institution. Established in 2003, Horizon Engage is a leading consulting firm based in New York City.
