Renuka Perera

Renuka Perera currently serves as the EVP of Supply Chain and Operations at Horizon Group USA, focusing on Business and Digital Transformation as well as Operational Excellence since October 2023. Renuka is also the Founder and CEO of Unleash Ideas, which aims to create a supportive ecosystem for startups. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Western Hemisphere at MAS Holdings, where responsibilities encompassed Corporate Strategy, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing Operations. Past roles at MAS Holdings include Director of Strategic Planning and Business Support and Head of Finance and Planning, contributing to strategic supply chain initiatives and team leadership. An extensive background in merchandising for Nike and a strong educational foundation with an MBA from Edith Cowan University further complement professional expertise.
