Ben Baxter

Ben Baxter is currently the CFO at HORIZON HEALTH AND WELLNESS INC. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at Inter-Growth from January 2012 to December 2014. There, they supported health and human services organizations to identify opportunities for growth, evolve their business development process, and transform their organizations. Before that, Baxter was the Director of Finance at Lifewell Behavioral Wellness, Inc. from November 2011 to August 2012. At Lifewell, they oversaw a non-profit behavioral healthcare agency providing treatment, services and support for low-income clients diagnosed with serious mental illness (SMI), general mental health issues, and substance abuse disorders.
