Jennifer Facteau

Jennifer A. Facteau currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Horizon Health Corporation, a company focused on behavioral health management, consulting, and data analytics, since October 2022. With extensive experience in behavioral health, Jennifer has held various leadership roles, including Founding Member of Chief, Enterprise Vice President of Behavioral Health at Highmark Health, and Vice President of Market Operations at PopHealthCare/GuideWell.
