Lindsay Ash Watson

Lindsay Ash Watson has significant work experience in various roles related to healthcare administration, social work, and mental health. Starting in 2011, they served as the Executive Director at Vail Meadows Therapeutic Rdng until September 2013. From August 2008 to October 2013, they were the Lead Social Worker at the University of Toledo Medical Center, where they provided psycho-social assessment, crisis intervention, and mentorship to staff members. Additionally, Lindsay worked as a Clinical Social Worker at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from October 2013 to March 2014, conducting intake screenings and evaluations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and developing treatment plans. Lindsay then joined Arrowhead Behavioral Health as the Director of Social Work from March 2014 to July 2016. Lindsay's work in the field continued at Horizon Health Corporation, where they served as the Senior Director of Behavioral Health at The University of Toledo Medical Center from August 2016 to June 2019. Lindsay then took on the role of Administrative Director for Psychiatry at The University of Toledo from June 2019 to June 2023. Lindsay Ash Watson has a strong educational background in the healthcare and social work fields. Lindsay earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on healthcare from The University of Findlay in 2019-2021. Prior to this, Lindsay completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at The University of Toledo from 2011-2013, specializing in Social Work. Their undergraduate studies were conducted at Lourdes University from 2003-2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. Additionally, Lindsay has obtained additional certifications such as a Licensed Social Worker ID and a Substance Abuse Profession (SAP) Certification.
