Colleen Babcock has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Colleen began their career in 1989 as a Mortgage Originator at M&T Bank, where they gained 25 years of sales experience specializing in financing for Manufactured and Modular Homes. In 2005, Colleen co-founded Guarding Hearts Therapy Dogs, an organization that provides animal-assisted therapy to individuals with mental or physical disabilities. In 2012, they joined Save the Michaels of the World as the Vice President of Community Outreach, working to raise awareness about prescription drug addiction. Colleen then joined Horizon Health Services in 2013, where they served as the Parent & Family Support Coordinator, providing support, education, and resources to families struggling with substance use disorder.
