Heather Horvath

Heather Horvath is an experienced professional in administrative management and learning development, currently serving as the Residential Practice Manager at Horizon Health Services since September 2014. In this role, Heather provides leadership and oversight for administrative functions across three residential facilities, supporting program directors, operational managers, clinicians, and staff. Previously, Heather spent over 13 years at First Niagara Bank, advancing through various positions including VP of Learning and Development Manager, where Heather managed training programs for over 200 employees, and Team Leader, overseeing a team of customer service representatives. Heather holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences with a focus on Human Resources Management from Bryant & Stratton College.
