Andrea Chletsos is an experienced legal operations manager with a diverse background in managing legal teams and operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Litigation Operations at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since May 2023, Andrea oversees legal operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and data analytics. Prior experience includes roles at Lakeland Bank, where Andrea advanced from Assistant Treasurer to Vice President - Legal Operations Manager, driving workflow improvements and managing outside counsel. Additional experience includes positions at Budd Larner, P.C. and Pressler and Pressler, where Andrea provided substantial support in litigation strategy and document management. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Drew University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
