Corryn Hickson

Corryn Hickson, RPhT, currently serves as a Managed Care Coordinator II at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since September 2024. Prior to this role, Corryn held the position of Fertility Financial Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility from December 2021 to September 2024, focusing on patient estimates and financial processes for Infertility IVF procedures. Corryn's experience also includes serving as the Biologics Marketing and Referral Manager at the Infusion Center of Pennsylvania, where strategic planning was key to managing referrals for chronically ill patients. Additionally, Corryn worked as a Patient Service Representative at Cooper University Health Care, excelling in various administrative functions, and held positions in medical billing and records integration. Corryn obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Science in Health Services from Rowan College at Burlington County.
