Cynthia Tobia is a seasoned professional in compensation, benefits, and human resources management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation, Benefits and Wellness at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Vice President of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Adecco Group. Cynthia possesses a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and an MBA in Finance from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
