Daniel McGrady

Daniel McGrady has a diverse work experience, primarily in the legal and compliance fields. Daniel recently served as the Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and Medicare and Medicaid Compliance Officer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Prior to that, they held positions as the Director of Regulatory Requirements and Medicare and Medicaid Compliance Officer at the same company, as well as Director of Enterprise Vendor Management and Sourcing Operations.

Before joining Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, McGrady worked as an Associate Attorney in commercial and criminal litigation at Gibbons P.C. Daniel also served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Douglas E. Arpert at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Attorney in insurance and reinsurance at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP, where they initially started as a Summer Associate. McGrady also gained experience as a Paralegal in insurance litigation at the same law firm.

Daniel McGrady has a strong educational background. Daniel attended Seton Hall University School of Law from 2008 to 2011, earning their J.D. degree with magna cum laude honors. During their time at Seton Hall, they were fortunate to have received a full scholarship. Prior to that, McGrady pursued their undergraduate studies at William & Mary from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained their B.A. degree with magna cum laude honors in History. As part of their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at UCL in 2006. Though the specific degree from UCL is not mentioned, it is clear that McGrady engaged in a study abroad program focusing on their field of study.
