Heather Staples Lavoie is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and CIO of Enterprise Business and Technology Solutions at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Heather has previously held significant positions including Chief Executive Officer at Illume Advisors, President and CEO at Geneia, and Founder and CEO of Middleway Group LLC. In addition to consulting for NH Citizens Health Initiative, Heather's educational background includes an MBA in Business from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Elementary Education from Notre Dame College.
