James Dell'Arena has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on network management, provider relationships, and strategic planning. James has held various leadership roles at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, including Vice President Network Management & Strategy and Senior Director positions in Enterprise Contracting & Operations, Network Operations & Contracting, and Network Data, Pricing & Medical Cost Strategy. James has also worked for Cigna Health Corporation and US Healthcare in provider service liaison roles. James has extensive experience in developing and implementing innovative delivery and reimbursement arrangements, negotiating contracts, and developing network strategies to support the overall vision of the organizations they have worked for.

James Dell'Arena earned their BA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Stockton University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. James then pursued further education and obtained a Masters of Science in Biomedical Informatics-Health and Hospital Management from the University of Medicine and Dentistry/New Jersey Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1996 to 1998.
