Jason Spann

Jason Spann is an experienced procurement and strategic sourcing professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Lead at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Jason has previously held roles at Chain IQ Group AG as a Senior Consultant and at ADP in various strategic positions, including Lead Procurement Tech Analyst and Senior Strategic Planning Analyst. Expertise includes managing IT sourcing engagements, global procurement processes for capital expenditures and operating expenses, and developing cost-saving strategies while fostering strong vendor relationships.
