Jason Thorpe

Jason Thorpe is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Enterprise Marketing and B2B Marketing at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since May 2020. In this role, Jason directs the development and execution of marketing strategies for Large Group clients, focusing on account-based revenue and retention. Prior to this, Jason worked at Gerson Lehrman Group Limited as a Consultant and had a lengthy tenure at Verizon from 2007 to 2019, where Jason held various senior management positions, including leading acquisition and brand marketing, and overseeing a significant joint-advertising budget. Jason holds an MBA in Marketing from The University of Toledo and a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Binghamton University.
