Kevin Duffy

Kevin Duffy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kevin started their career in 1999 as a Probation Officer II at Dauphin County, where they provided court ordered supervision to juvenile delinquents. Kevin also developed and implemented a program called "Jobs For Kids" to address poor recidivism rates. In 2001, they joined Preferred Behavioral Health of NJ as a Program Supervisor. From 2003 to 2006, Kevin worked at Our House, Inc as an Assistant Director, responsible for the overall operations of the residential services division for individuals with special needs. Kevin coordinated all aspects of client care and managed the residential program's staff team. Since 2006, Kevin has been associated with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Kevin has held various roles including Account Manager III, Sales Manager III, and currently, Sales Director. In their current role, they lead a team of 13 and is responsible for full P&L accountability, managing 400k+ members, and generating $150M+ in revenue. Kevin also spearheads the management of the Horizon Labor (Taft Hartley), National Accounts, and Gaming (Casino) markets.

Kevin Duffy has a BA degree in Psychology from Elizabethtown College. Kevin has also obtained a certification as an NJ Health and Life Producer from the NJ DOBI. The specific dates of their education and when they obtained the certification are unknown.
