Mary Tosline

Mary Tosline has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mary began their career as an HR Manager at Keystone Foods in 1989 and later worked as a Senior HR Manager at GE for nearly a decade. In 2005, they joined Ketchum as an SVP-Human Resources. Mary then transitioned to a role as VP of Human Resources at L'Oréal in 2007, where they worked for six years. Mary then served as an HR Leader for the US Region at LG Electronics for a year. Following that, they worked as an HR Business Consultant at Employment Practices Group, LLC for three years. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Consultant/SVP HR at Safe Passage Health. Currently, Mary holds the position of Senior Director of Talent, Learning, and Organization Development at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey.
