Naveen Paladugu

Naveen Paladugu has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Naveen started their career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1997 as a Project Lead and worked there until 2001. Naveen then joined IBM as a Service Delivery Manager from 2002 to 2007. Following that, Naveen worked at Booz & Company as a Principal from 2007 to 2012. Currently, they hold a position at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where they have held roles such as Senior Director, Executive Director, and currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives since June 2018.
