Renee Woodside

Renee Woodside serves as the Foundation Manager and Senior Program Officer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since March 2019, focusing on grantmaking in Central New Jersey with an emphasis on health disparities and health equity. Prior to this role, Woodside spent nearly 13 years at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, where responsibilities included Communications Project Manager and Associate, overseeing strategic communications and managing the Foundation's Connect Project aimed at enhancing relationships between grantees and policymakers. Woodside holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from San Diego State University, completed from 2000 to 2004, and is a graduate of West Windsor-Plainsboro High School, class of 1995.
