Sandy Estrada, MBA, has a diverse professional background with significant experience in the healthcare and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Provider Strategy Coordinator at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since October 2014, Sandy has held various roles including Member Life Coach, Marketing Retention Specialist I, MLTSS Member Support, and Managed Care Coordinator.
