Solaida Mamsaang

Solaida Mamsaang has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Manager of the Operations Solutions Group at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since October 2019. Previously, Solaida held the position of Implementation Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt at the same organization from November 2015 to October 2019 and served as Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at Quest Diagnostics in 2015. Solaida holds an Executive Masters of Science in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology (1999-2002) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bucknell University (1992-1996).
