Linda Waters

Linda Waters is an experienced marketing production manager at Horizon Hobby since July 2000, overseeing people, project, and systems management while leading teams in the execution of marketing materials. Prior to this role, Linda worked at Illinois Power from June 1988 to January 2000, starting as a benefits administrator and progressing through roles as a legal assistant and database analyst, where database management and administrative support were key responsibilities. Linda holds a project management certificate from Parkland College and a paralegal studies certificate from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies.
