Holli Lelle

Holli Lelle is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and case management. Currently serving as a case manager at Horizon Home Health and Hospice since August 2016, Holli also works as a home care nurse at Pediatric Services of America, focusing on pediatric care for newborns since October 2013. In addition, Holli has been employed as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with Maxim Healthcare Services since April 2011, providing in-home care for children and adults with medical needs.
