Brian Byers has a diverse work experience. Brian is currently serving as the Associate Director of Operations at Horizon House (CCRC), a role they began in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Crothall Healthcare from 2013 to 2021, where they held the positions of Director of Environmental Services and Assistant Director of Environmental Services. In these roles, they managed day-to-day operations of the environmental services department in a 245+ bed hospital, developed and managed a team of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers, and oversaw regulatory compliance. Before that, from 2011 to 2013, they worked at Evanston Regional Hospital as the Director of Hospital Housekeeping Systems, and at CHRISTUS St. Vincent from 2011 to 2012 as the Director of Hospital Housekeeping Systems. In these positions, they supported and managed environmental services departments, oversaw staff, and participated in various committees and teams focused on patient care and safety.
Brian Byers attended St. Edward's University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
