Robert Phraner

Robert Phraner serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Horizon Legal Solutions, Inc. since January 2014, bringing extensive experience in pastoral leadership and education. Prior roles include Minister positions at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church and Ford's Chapel, as well as Assistant Pastor at El Bethel Assembly of God. Robert also served as a Pastor at Eureka Methodist Church and held teaching and coaching responsibilities at Christian High School of Staten Island. Robert's background includes administrative tasks, sermon preparation, counseling, and community involvement, along with prior experience as an Area Manager for Kleen Air Research. Academic credentials consist of a Master of Arts in Theology from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Valley Forge.
