Lyndsey Nicole Smith

Lyndsey Nicole Smith is an accomplished fitness and group exercise instructor with extensive experience since 2016 as the Founder of Lyndsey Nicole Fit, offering community classes and adapting to online services during the pandemic. Lyndsey serves as an Aqua Aerobics Instructor at Bunn Leisure The Oasis and holds similar positions at Horizon Leisure Centres, Nuffield Health, Everyone Active - SLM, and Goodwood Park Hotel-Health Club, teaching a variety of fitness classes weekly. Previous experience includes performing as a Production Performer at Bunn Leisure and working as a Beauty Advisor at Liz Earle Beauty Co. and Front of House Assistant at Queen's Theatre Hornchurch, where Lyndsey also taught dance. Lyndsey holds a National Diploma in Musical Theatre from Millennium Performing Arts and training from Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts.
