Bennie Alverio

Bennie Alverio possesses extensive experience in sales and management within the logistics and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Manager at Horizon Lines since November 2004, Bennie previously held the position of General Manager at American Fast Freight, Inc. from October 1999 to October 2004, overseeing operations for its Transconex division. Prior to this, Bennie was a Senior Key Account Manager at Crowley Maritime from February 1997 to September 1999, managing top northbound accounts, and served as General Manager at Carolina Freight Carrier from February 1982 to January 1997, leading a top non-vessel operating common carrier (NVOCC) in Puerto Rico. Bennie Alverio earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from World University between 1980 and 1984.
