Neil Gruchalla

Neil Gruchalla is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in engineering finance and vessel finance. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering Finance at Matson Navigation since May 2015, Neil has also held the role of Manager of Vessel Finance at Horizon Lines, LLC since 2005. Prior experience includes management positions at SeaLand Services Inc., where Neil worked from 1991 to 2004, initially as an Assistant Vessel Superintendent and later as Manager of Vessel Payroll. Neil began their career as an Account Manager at Hillhaven Inc. from 1988 to 1991. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Washington University.
