Gene Turner

Gene Turner has extensive experience in the advertising industry, spanning over two decades. Gene began their career as a Media Buyer at McCann Erickson in 1998, where they developed and negotiated spot market television buys. Gene then moved on to Wunderman in 1999, working as a Media Planning Supervisor. In 2003, Gene joined Horizon Media Inc as the EVP and Managing Partner of the Direct Marketing Division. During their tenure, they successfully built the division from a small team to a 230-person division servicing over 50 accounts. In 2017, Gene assumed the role of EVP and Chief of Horizon Next, and later became the President of Horizon Next in 2020.
