Quincy Saarbach

Quincy Saarbach has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Video Production Assistant at Pontel, assisting in the production of DVDs for sports content distribution. In the same year, they also served as a Stage Manager for Soul Purpose, where they managed performances and occasionally performed on stage.

In 2010, Quincy joined Annapolis Summer Garden Theatre as a Spotlight Operator, taking on various roles behind the stage and stepping in as the spotlight operator when needed. The following year, they continued their involvement with the theater as a Stage Manager for the musical Chicago, handling lighting, sound, and overall coordination.

Quincy's career in media buying and investment began in 2011 at GroupM, where they started as a Direct Response Media Buying Assistant. Quincy then joined Pathway Group LLC in 2014, initially as a Junior Negotiator before progressing to roles as a Negotiator, Senior Negotiator, and Supervisor of Investment. During their time at Resolution Agency from 2020 to 2021, they held the position of Supervisor of Investment.

Most recently, Quincy joined Horizon Next in 2021 as an Associate Director of Video Investment. With their diverse background and experience, they bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to their role.

Quincy Saarbach attended Valparaiso University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. During their time there, they focused their studies on Theatre/T.V Radio Communications. Quincy also obtained an additional certification in June 2019 as a Trading Academy Certified-Professional from The Trade Desk.
