Drew Knight

As the Chief Financial Officer of Horizon North Logistics Inc., Drew’s responsibilities include operational and statutory reporting, budgeting and planning, tax and treasury, capital allocation and internal controls. Drew provides commercial, financial and strategic leadership to the combined organization and is a key contributor with respect to developing strategic plans and dialoguing with public capital markets.

Prior to joining Horizon North, Drew has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for global auto-parts manufacturers and a glass-wall construction company, including over 4 years at a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange where he led M&A focused on international growth. Drew has worked for large multi-nationals with responsibility for overseeing operations and leading negotiations with large automobile manufacturers. He is strategic, having worked with diverse stakeholder groups and enjoys cross-functional problem solving. He will be particularly valuable as we continue to grow the business and further strengthen Horizon North’s and Dexterra’s competitive positions.

Drew has a degree from the University of Toronto and articled with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Toronto, Ontario, obtaining his CPA (CA) designation in 1996.
