Craig Ulrich has extensive experience in construction estimating and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Preconstruction and Estimating Manager at Horizon Retail Construction since July 2005. Responsible for leading a team of twelve in the estimating department, Craig has successfully secured over $150 million in contracts across retail, hospitality, and medical office sectors, while also acting as the senior estimator for major bids and new clients. Prior to this role, Craig held the position of Estimating Manager at Lakeview Construction Inc. and served as a Construction Manager at Henges Associates, Inc. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Applied Science in Architecture from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
