Tony Harney

Tony Harney is a Senior Electrical Engineer at Horizon Scientific, Inc. since March 2023, previously serving as Project Engineer II at Booth & Associates from September 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included developing plans, specifications, and inspection reports. Prior to that, Tony worked at KION North America as an Electrical Engineer from April 2016 to September 2022, focusing on deriving software requirements and developing telematics systems. From November 2009 to April 2016, experience was gained at SAIC in multiple roles, including Electrical Engineer, where management of prototype vehicle design workflows was key, and Project Management Analyst, overseeing project planning techniques. Tony began as a Mechanical Assembler I (Prototype) at SAIC, working with communications systems for MVIP vehicles. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Citadel (2009 - 2013) and a diploma from Summerville High School (1996 - 2000).
