Carla Ribaudo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 1991, they started as a Benefits Coordinator and later became an Administrative Services Manager at Retina Vitreous Center, where they handled HR administration, physician credentialing and licensing, and physician scheduling. In 1991, they also became an HR/Benefits/Payroll Administrator at Retina Vitreous Center, responsible for payroll administration, benefits administration, and recruitment. Carla continued in this role until 2013. In 2015, Carla joined Eden Autism Services as an ADP/Payroll Specialist, where they processed payroll and assisted in expanding payroll processes. Carla then worked as a Quality Control employee at Rev.com from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Carla is working as an Onboarding Specialist at Horizon Services, LLC.

Carla Ribaudo's education history begins with their attendance at Our Lady of Lourdes High School from 1966 to 1971. During this time, they did not pursue a degree or focus on a specific field of study. Following their high school education, from 1971 to 1973, Carla attended PA Junior College of Medical Arts, where they obtained an Associate in Science degree in Operating Room Assistant/Technician. Continuing their education, Carla enrolled at The Pennsylvania State University in 1983 and completed their Pre-Nursing Studies from 1983 to 1984, although they did not earn a degree in this field. In 2011, Carla obtained a certificate in Employment Law from the Employers Association of New Jersey. From 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences (in progress) at Penn State University.
