Mark Johnson

Mark Johnson is a highly experienced professional with a career spanning various industries. In their most recent role at Horizon Strategies, LLC, they served as Vice President for Government Services, offering strategy, operational planning, and exercise augmentation to clients across federal, state, and municipal levels. Prior to this, they worked as Program Director at Naval Aviation Schools Command, managing curriculum development, supply/logistics, and student management aspects for a military school with an annual training throughput of 13,000. At Prudential Holley Properties, they served as a Realtor and assisted clients in determining the value of their properties. Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1985. Mark then attended several military schools to further their education, including the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in 1997 and the United States Air Force War College in 2005. Johnson also earned a Master of Science in Management from Troy University in 1997, a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University in 2002, and a Master of Strategic Arts from The United States Army War College in 2011. Additionally, they earned a graduate certificate in Homeland Defense from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2010.

Mark Johnson has also obtained several professional certifications outside of their academic degrees. Mark is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), a Master Continuity of Operations (COOP) Practitioner, and a Florida Military Specialist.
