William Salter

William Salter has a diverse work experience with various companies, including Team Rubicon, Horizon Strategies, LLC, Leidos, Lockheed Martin, and the United States Army. Starting in 1986, they served in the United States Army as a Colonel until their retirement in 2009. Following their retirement, they worked as a Program Manager for Lockheed Martin's Mission Command Training Center from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Leidos as a Senior Program Manager until 2018. In 2017, they also worked for Team Rubicon as an Incident Management Team member. William recently started working for Horizon Strategies, LLC, as an Operations Planning Specialist in 2019.

William Salter received their BS in Criminal Justice from Texas State University in 1986. In 1997, they earned an MPA in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. In 2005, Salter completed their graduate degree in International Relations and Affairs at The United States Army War College.
