Michael Sosa has extensive experience in operations and quality management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Horizon Technology since 2020, where responsibilities include training, goal setting, and compliance with industry standards. Previously, Michael worked as a Case Manager at Urban Strategies Inc., coordinating case files and improving record-keeping systems. Michael also spent eight years at Horizon Technology in various roles, including Quality Manager and Lead Testing Technician, managing quality assurance programs and overseeing testing equipment. Early career experience includes a contract position in technical support at ZyXEL. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Westwood College-Anaheim and is pursuing a Master's degree in Urban Education and Leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary.
