Alex Smith

Alex Smith has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They began their career at McDonald's in 2010, where they served as a General Manager until 2015. Following that, they joined Horizon Telcom as a Business Sales and Service Representative from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, Alex joined FIRST CAPITAL ENTERPRISES, INC as a Human Resource Director until 2021. They then returned to Horizon Telcom as an Employment Practices Administrator from 2021 to 2022. Alex also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and currently holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Horizon Telcom, starting in 2022.

Alex Smith completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from DeVry University in 2011.
