Kerry McArdle

Kerry McArdle is the current Director at Horizon Theatre Company. Prior to Horizon, McArdle was the Executive Director at Literacy Action, Inc. from December 2017 to April 2019. There, they led a 20-person team and helped 1,000 adult learners each year build the literacy, life, and work skills they need to build brighter futures. Before Literacy Action, McArdle was the Managing Director of Advancement at KIPP Metro Atlanta from July 2013 to December 2017. At KIPP, they led development and board relations for the network of 8 charter schools in Atlanta's underserved communities. From July 2011 to June 2013, McArdle was the Director of Leadership Development (2-year Residency) at Gwinnett County Public Schools. Prior to that, they were the Director, Category Planning at Coca-Cola Enterprises / The Coca-Cola Company from March 2006 to March 2011. McArdle began their career at Delta Air Lines as the General Manager, Domestic Pricing from June 1999 to February 2006.

Kerry McArdle has an MBA in Marketing and Decision/Information Analysis from Emory University - Goizueta Business School and a BA in English from the University of Notre Dame.
