Alper Gokcehan

Alper Gokcehan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer and Senior Engineering Manager at Horizon3.ai, Gokcehan has played a critical role in scaling the startup from eight employees to over 100. Previous experience includes instructing a Full-Stack JavaScript Bootcamp at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and working as a Senior Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and IBM. Gokcehan has a solid background in developing cloud storage applications, cognitive technology systems, and security management products, with leadership roles in user interface design and complex application development at RSA and Fujifilm Medical Systems. Gokcehan began a career in software engineering in 1995, culminating in a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Strayer University.
