Rob Alderman

Rob Alderman is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Horizon3.ai since April 2020, Rob previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at RailPros Field Services, where responsibilities included developing a mobile app and IoT device for railroad flagging safety. As Co-founder of Centsibly, Rob contributed to the creation of a personal finance mobile application. Additionally, Rob served as CTO and Co-founder of LiveCoach, an e-commerce platform for life coaching. Rob's career began at IBM, where notable achievements included leading a team of developers and receiving three awards for leadership and customer issue resolution. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
