Liz Rivers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and workplace mediation. As Co-Founder of Purpose Power Presence since 2015, Liz has been instrumental in developing innovative programs and retreats aimed at empowering women leaders. Liz also leads Liz Rivers Leadership as a leadership coach since 1997, providing support for organizations to foster female talent. In addition to these roles, Liz has served as a Workplace Mediator at IPOS Mediation since 2012, specializing in resolving disputes related to diversity issues, and is a member of the training faculty at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) since 1993. Liz’s background includes ten years as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at Eversheds Sutherland, which laid a strong foundation for a successful career in coaching and mediation. Liz holds an LLB Hons degree from the University of Manchester.
