Justin McRae

Justin McRae is an experienced Application Engineering & Customer Service Manager at Horizon Systems Inc since September 2010, overseeing the technical sales support team and collaborating with sales and clients to provide tailored equipment solutions. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Systems Designer in the food industry, where responsibilities included analyzing customer needs and managing the sales process from prospecting to execution. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Engineer at Industrial Accessories, managing international projects, and designing engineered products for pneumatic conveying and dust collection systems, as well as working as a Design Drafter at Wall-Ties & Forms, Inc., focusing on product design and project management. Justin holds a B.A. in Physics from Coe College, earned between 1996 and 2000.
